Automate System Admin Specialist

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Automate System Admin Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will take charge of advanced system administration tasks, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365), OneDrive, Linux, PowerAutomate, and automation processes to drive efficiency and innovation.

Location: ON-SITE position; MUST be located in DC, Virginia, or Maryland.

The successful candidate will be accountable to:

• Manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise-level systems and applications, including M365, OneDrive, and Linux environments.
• Design, develop, and implement advanced automation workflows using PowerAutomate and other automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create and refine scripts and processes to streamline system operations, improve system reliability, and support automation initiatives.
• Provide top-tier, customer-facing technical support, resolving complex system issues and acting as an escalation point for Tier 2 support teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and provide training to peers and end-users as needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements, evaluate emerging technologies, and implement solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Take ownership of Power Platform development and maintenance, including designing and implementing workflow automation, dashboards, reports, and business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Engaging directly with team members and stakeholders to define requirements and provide best practices.
• Delivering quality solutions within estimated project timelines.

Experience, Education & Training: 

• Proven experience in managing and supporting M365, OneDrive, and Linux environments.
• Strong proficiency in designing and deploying automation solutions using PowerAutomate.
• Certification in M365 or Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with additional automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience in project management or ITIL processes.
• Hands-on experience in scripting and d
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, IT infrastructure, Active Directory, SCCM, and MECM/SCOM monitoring tools.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently to resolve complex issues.
