Senior Program Manager

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team.

Location: REMOTE but DMV, (DC, Maryland, Virginia) residency is required for minor travel.

The successful candidate will be accountable to:

• Oversees all aspects of task order execution, ensuring that cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.
• Serves as the primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer Representative (COR), managing expectations, communications, and program deliverables.
• Provides leadership across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with contractual objectives.
• Manages risk, develops mitigation plans, and oversees change control processes.
• Ensures timely delivery of reports, including weekly SITREPs, monthly performance reports, and release documentation.

Experience, Education & Training: 

• Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience managing IT or education-related programs, including project planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Experience managing large-scale government contracts, especially within the Department of the Navy or Department of Defense.

Clearance Requirements:

Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for potential access to classified information. Accordingly, US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
