What we are looking for

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our team.

 

 

 

Location: REMOTE but DMV, (DC, Maryland, Virginia) residency is required for minor travel.

 

 

The successful candidate will be accountable to:

  • Serves as the lead developer responsible for the architecture and implementation of software components aligned with USNCC requirements.
  • Translates functional requirements into technical designs and implements reusable and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborates with product owners and scrum teams for backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery.
  • Implements secure development practices in alignment with DoD STIGs and DevSecOps principles.
  • Oversees code reviews, unit testing, UAT support, and software release management.

 

What you bring

Experience, Education & Training: 

  • Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software design, development, and deployment in Agile environments.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Solution Architect certifications.
    • Proficiency with modern development stacks, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and API integration frameworks.

Clearance Requirements:

Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for potential access to classified information. Accordingly, US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
