What we are looking for

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Senior Higher Education Consultant to join our team.

 

 

REMOTE but DMV, (DC, Maryland, Virginia) residency is required for minor travel.

Location: 

 

 

The successful candidate will be accountable to:

  • Acts as the primary advisor on higher education best practices, processes, and workflows.
  • Facilitates communication between academic stakeholders, USNCC leadership, and technical teams.
  • Assists in translating academic policy into system logic for SIS, LMS, CRM, and student support platforms.
  • Supports design and implementation of processes related to academic advising, degree auditing, and consortium partner integration.
  • Provides insight on improving learner outcomes, credentialing, and student engagement in digital learning environments.

 

What you bring

Experience, Education & Training: 

  • Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Educational Technology, or a related discipline; or 10 years of equivalent consulting experience in higher education systems.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience configuring and deploying Salesforce Education Cloud within higher education institutions.
    • Familiarity with accreditation standards (e.g., Middle States, WASC), FERPA, and DoD educational compliance.

Clearance Requirements:

Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for potential access to classified information. Accordingly, US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
