Project Manager

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

Location: HYBRID; MUST be located in DC, Virginia, or Maryland

The successful candidate will be accountable to:

• Ownership of contract performance and customer relationship
• Provide direct supervision to team members
• Lead and manage the development and delivery of systems within the framework of highly regulated federal programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Primary point of contact for the customer regarding to program performance
• Ensure completion of deliverables and quality performance against program requirements
• Perform risk management
• Create and implement long-term strategies, roadmaps, and monitor execution
• Manage program budget
• Evaluates schedules, performance against design and schedule requirements and constraints
• Consults and advises internal leadership and external stakeholders
• Ensures stakeholders have actionable and timely information
• Leading a collaborative team including senior federal officials to deliver solutions

Experience, Education & Training: 

• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP certification
• Safe Agilist certification
• USCG or Navy experience
• Possess knowledge of the Authorization to Operate (ATO) process at ACF/ORR or other HHS entities
• 5 years of experience leading software delivery teams within an Agile framework as well as supporting infrastructure environments
• 5 years of experience directly managing Project Managers/Leads in an Enterprise IT/large-scale digital transformation environment
• Project management experience using the Agile Scrum methodology and project management frameworks 
• Demonstrated experience overseeing federal IT compliance requirements, team effort (including subcontractors), and budgets within a federal contracted environment
• Successful experience leading major digital transformations to enhance capabilities and improve service delivery, business performance, and data quality
• Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration and DevSecOps teams
• Superior verbal and written communication skills

Clearance Requirements:

Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for potential access to classified information. Accordingly, US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
