Power Platform Developer (Mid)

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced Power Platforms Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive app development experience using MS Power Platform; Sharepoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI analytics reports . They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.

Candidate must be able to work and drive actions independently, take pride in their work, figure things out, be willing to fail-fast and challenge anything that doesn't seem right.

Location: This position is eligible for fully remote work. The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, a state supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices (AL, DC, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, NJ, NC, PA, TN, TX, or VA).

The successful candidate will be accountable to:

• Own the day-to-day operations of the environment, including analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation of business applications and process automation.
• Take ownership of power platform development and maintenance.
• Architect, design, and implement solutions to effectively handle of automating workflows, developing dashboards, reports, and automations utilizing MS Power Platform
• Engage directly with team members and customers to understand requirements, provide guidance and best practices in proposing a future state application
• Deliver quality code to meet project timeline estimation
• Independent person who will figure things out, do what's needed to finish the work and challenge what doesn't sound right.

Experience, Education & Training: 

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in software development

• Minimum 4+ years of demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and deploying data collection and workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Platforms; Sharepoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI analytical reports

• Well-versed in modern Power Platform app architecture and best practices

• Experienced in engaging directly with government customers to understand requirements, drive conversations and provide actionable outcomes

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills , both in technical and non-technical settings.

• Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven, and a quick learner.

Clearance Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship (required for clearance eligibility)
• Active Secret clearance
