Angular and Power Apps Full Stack Developer

TPS is seeking a Angular Full Stack Developer to join our team. 

The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining applications and adding new site functionality in our federal customer's development and web-hosting environment. Solutions will utilize Angular against a SharePoint backend, with Azure DevOps for project and code management. This position is customer-facing and supports a small team with a highly engaged client that is focused on constant improvement and innovation. Our team's work surrounding data analytics, software re-engineering, and automation is driving overall data governance strategy for the government's reporting and process toolsets. 

Completion of coding challenge is required as part of the recruitment process 

Location: Remote. The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, a state supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. 

Some essential travel the customer's office is required for access (locations are throughout the US) or customer's office in Washington, DC. 

The successful candidate will be accountable to: 

• Working with a highly technical team in an Agile environment to provide timely, effective, and customized software solutions. 
• Working and effectively communicating with Government Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other Developers. 
• Developing and supporting web applications using Angular, Java/Spring, HTML5, CSS3, and modern TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks to develop interactive and responsive interfaces for use across platforms, devices, and browsers. Familiarity with the most recent SharePoint Rest API and other infrastructure technologies. 
• Possess deep experience using RxJS library for reactive development using Observables.
• Developing new applications using Microsoft Power Pages and Power Apps.
• Understanding of database design, MS-SQL stored procedures, automation agent, and other SQL techniques. 
• Developing highly optimized code and working with existing codebases. 
• Assisting and facilitating the flow of continuous development with the incorporation of unit and integration testing / testing best-practices throughout. Must be able to communicate the status of a development branch and relate any blockers. 

Experience, Education & Training: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience in full-stack development 
• 3+ years developing with and using JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, and HTML5 
• 2+ years developing TypeScript-based web applications using Angular 2+ framework 
• 2+ years developing Microsoft Power Apps
• 1+ years developing with REST API endpoints 

• 1+ years of experience with repository and project tracking systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Jira) 
• Strong understanding of integrating testing throughout the development process 
• Understanding in the use of MS SQL Server or other RDBMS environments to process, store, and retrieve data 

Preferred: 

• Experience with Microsoft Power Pages or similar low-code tools is also strongly desirable. 
• Prior experience with RxJS preferred 
• Experience developing against a SharePoint backend is a plus
• Experience using RxJS library for reactive development using Observables. 
• Strong understanding of working in a group setting on large deployments and continuous development solutions (CI/CD pipeline automation, unit /integration testing, TDD, etc) 
• Experience doing performance improvement for websites using web analytics 
• Experience with other modern frameworks such as Vue or React 
• Experience with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, or other DoD 

Clearance Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship (required for clearance eligibility)
• Active Secret clearance
