What we are looking for

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Maximo Technical Lead to join our team to support our federal customer.

 

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Maximo Lead to spearhead the national implementation and standardization of the NCMMS using IBM Maximo. This role is critical in driving consistency, efficiency, and best practices across all sites and regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

 

Location: Remote. The selected candidate must be currently located in a state supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA.

 

 

The successful candidate will be accountable to:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of IBM Maximo across multiple national sites.
  • Develop and enforce standardized processes, configurations, and workflows for NCMMS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Facilities, and Compliance to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams for Maximo-related initiatives.
  • Oversee data migration, system integration, and user training efforts.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure ongoing optimization and support.
  • Establish governance frameworks and documentation for national Maximo usage.
  • Stay current with Maximo updates and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.

 

 

What you bring

Experience, Education & Training: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience with IBM Maximo, including large-scale implementations.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide CMMS deployments.
  • Strong understanding of asset management, maintenance operations, and compliance standards.
  • Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), automation scripting, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed.

Clearance Requirements:

Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for potential access to classified information. Accordingly, US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
