What we are looking for

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a PART TIME Data Quality Specialist to join our team to support our federal customer.

 

Location: Remote. The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, a state supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Quality Specialist to support data quality management (DQM) activities and serve as a functional subject matter expert (SME) for real estate operations. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing asset data, and ensuring accurate site registration within HQIIS (Headquarters Installation Information System).

 

The successful candidate will be accountable to:

  • Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets related to asset anomalies and customer inquiries.
  • Serve as the functional SME for real estate data and processes.
  • Review asset candidates for registration and ensure data integrity.
  • Perform site registration and updates in HQIIS.
  • Respond to stakeholder and customer questions regarding real property assets.
  • Participate in HQIIS-USACE coordination meetings to align data and operational standards.

 

What you bring

Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate data management or asset registration systems.
  • Familiarity with HQIIS or similar federal property systems preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality assurance.

Clearance Requirements:

  • USA Citizenship (required for clearance eligibility)
  • Active Secret clearance
