Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator with to join our team supporting a contract with a federal customer.     The Service Desk is open from 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday, with on call support on weekends and federal holidays.   Location: Customer site in Washington, DC   The successful candidate will be accountable to: - Administer M365 environments, with a focus on Azure. - Utilize/Support Active Directory to manage user accounts, groups, etc. - Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency. - Provide training and mentorship to other engineers, enhancing team skills and knowledge. - Create comprehensive documentation and maintain a detailed knowledge base for IT systems and processes. - Responsible for the support and sustainment of enterprise systems (1000+ end-users). - Utilize SCCM for workstation management. - Install, configure, and manage applications on the network. - Ensure compliance with organization's policies for group and user account management. - Conduct system maintenance, troubleshoot errors, and document solutions. - Implement system or software upgrades and patches. - Manage system backups and provide technical support to users and IT team. - Analyze support tickets for trends and implement strategies to reduce escalation/volume. - Research and implement solutions to enhance the performance of enterprise systems. - Develop and execute automated processes for system management.
